Now you can welcome an attitude and belief of ‘I love flying’ into your life.
Fear exists to protect us from threats and danger. It drives the fight or flight instinct. Speaking of flight, the fear of flying is irrational. It is conflicts with the known facts. Consciously we know flying is very safe.
However, the flying phobia (aviophobia or aerophobia) is very real for the sufferer, because their unconscious mind has activated the instinctive fear reaction.
The fear of flying is more complex than the name suggests. It could actually be any one, or a combination of any of the following;
- It may be a fear the aircraft may crash
- Some people feel uncomfortable about giving up control to the pilots
- Other’s feel panic as soon as the doors close and they realise they are locked inside
- Confined spaced makes some fearful
- Others feel most uncomfortable in close with strangers
- Some feel most apprehensive waiting in the airport departure lounge for their boarding call.
- Fear of experiencing a panic attack or losing control
- Fear of motion sickness
- Fear of turbulence
- Fear of take-off and landings
- Inability or refusal to use aircraft toilets
Some people try to deal with their flying phobia by taking prescription medication, or deep breathing. Others try meditation techniques. Flying into Hong Kong one time I saw a couple embrace in a passionate kiss as the plane landed. None of these techniques actually overcome the irrational fear. They are only temporary coping methods.
The synonyms of the word fear include; anger, anxiety, concern, despair, dismay, doubt, dread, horror, jitters, panic, scare, suspicion, terror, unease, worry, abhorrence, agitation, aversion, consternation, creeps, distress, foreboding, fright, misgiving, nightmare, phobic, qualm, revulsion, timidity, tremor, trepidation, cold feet and cold sweats.
This MP3 should be used in conjunction with Welcome No Stress and Anxiety.
Abreactions are strong, often disturbing emotional and even physical reactions to something re-experienced from the past, as if real. An abreaction could re-traumatize rather than achieve the desired healing, particularly if there is no experienced therapist present to ‘rescue’ the patient (when listening to an MP3 at home for example). Our Welcome subliminal messages are abreaction free, you can rest assured you are safe.
If you had a bucket of mud (representing negative emotions and behaviors), but you wanted a bucket of clean fresh water (representing positive emotions and behaviors), you could put the bucket of mud under a tap and run fresh clean water (representing subliminal affirmations) into the bucket. But it would take a long time, and you would still have a bucket of muddy water. That is an analogy of how most subliminal affirmation downloads currently available on the Internet work, or perhaps do not work. Peter Zapfella uses his one-on-one therapies to ‘throw out’ or delete the mud (representing negative emotions and behaviors) and then you can choose to use the ‘Welcome’ Subliminal Affirmations to quickly and efficiently refill the bucket with fresh clean water (representing positive emotions and behaviors). No mud!
Everyone of us is unique. We have all had different life experiences and we react to them differently too. Most emotional and behavioural challenges can respond well to one-on-one psychotherapy tailored to the individual, using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnotherapy and perhaps cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Following the appropriate therapy your unconscious mind has let the feelings of fear go and resolved the phobic reaction forever.
That is why Peter Zapfella suggests you start with one-on-one therapy using Skype and then use the ‘Welcome’ subliminal affirmations to ‘lock-in’ the unconscious shifts long-term. Of course you can ‘flip-it’ and try one of the 266 ‘Welcome’ MP3’s first, and see if they are effective for you without therapy. If so, that’s great. If not you can use skypetherapy.pro

Following therapy your unconscious mind has let the feelings of fear go and resolved the phobic reaction forever.
These positive affirmations have been written to inspire your unconscious mind to focus upon one clear achievable goal, one clear, simple step at a time. These subliminal messages are simply ‘obscured’ from the conscious mind within masking music and environmental sounds to prevent conscious analytical thinking, which may ‘filter out’ messages.
If you listen to this MP3 while sleeping, on ‘repeat’ your unconscious mind will hear this message around 500 times every night. The more these messages are repeated, the more they are uncritically accepted by the unconscious. A simple message, repeated enough, will become a new unconscious belief.
Subliminal Affirmation Text:
“You know airlines are professional and efficient. You know flying is very safe. You accept minor travel inconveniences as a part of the overall positive flying experience.
You enjoy travel, and you enjoy flying. It gets better and better every time you fly.
You are now more clear in the mind when flying, more relaxed in the body when flying, you are more confident and coping better with everything about flying for forever and ever.”
