Synonyms for the word acceptance include; acknowledgement, admission, approval, compliance, consent, cooperation, recognition, acquiring, assent, getting, go-ahead, nod, okay, permission, receipt, reception, undertaking, yes, accepting, gaining, green light, obtaining and securing.
