Premature Ejaculation (PE) also called early ejaculation, rapid ejaculation, rapid climax, premature climax, or ejaculation praecox. It is the early ejaculation of semen by a man soon after sexual activity commences. Now you can welcome life beyond premature ejaculation.
The synonyms for the word premature include; incomplete, untimely, abortive, early on, forward, precipitate, previous, raw, soon, unanticipated, undeveloped and unripe.
From time-to-time every man experiences PE for a variety of reasons, with as many as 30 per cent to 70 per cent experience this problem regularly or frequently. If it becomes a regular occurrence it can become habit-forming. This MP3 should be used in conjunction with Welcome No Stress and Anxiety and Welcome Life Beyond Depression.
It is often frustrating, embarrassing and even distressing for the sufferer and his sexual partner too, because coitus is apparently cut short. This often leads sufferers to avoid sexual relationships, which only prolongs finding an answer to the problem. PE can lead to low self esteem, and depression.
Peter Zapfella has written a FREE E-Book to accompany this MP3, which will be available soon. It includes loads of valuable information, including detailed Kegel PC instructions.
Daily Kegel PC exercises can strengthen teh msucles that control an erection and ejaculation.
The non-medical causes of PE include:
- Negative experiences and emotions during a sexual encounter can trigger subsequent PE
- Trauma connected to sex and sexual thoughts
- Anxiety about providing enough sexual pleasure to your partner
- A learned behaviour or habit, driven by performance anxiety.
- Guilt and shame about sex, creating a strong impulse to rush to conclusion
- Thoughts of ejaculating leading to PE
This is an example of the type of thinking that can cause PE just by focusing ejeculation thoughts. Whatever you do, do NOT think of a pink elephant.
What are you thinking about right now?
You must be thinking of a pink elephant, because you must think of a pink elephant so you can try to put it out of your mind.
If during sex a PE sufferer starts thinking “Whatever I do, DO not cum now.” They must think about ejaculation, so they do.
The problem with PE is, it wont go away by itself. It needs to be confronted and deleted.
When working with clients who have a PE problem he identifies the unique thought processes that cause the problem using NLP and hypnotherapy. He then replaces them with new thought processes that are healthy, productive, and desirable.
The ‘Welcome life beyond premature ejaculation (PE)’ MP3 is a valuable part of creating new unconscious thoughts.
Abreactions are strong, often disturbing emotional and even physical reactions to something re-experienced from the past, as if real. An abreaction could re-traumatize rather than achieve the desired healing, particularly if there is no experienced therapist present to ‘rescue’ the patient (when listening to an MP3 at home for example). Our Welcome subliminal messages are abreaction free, you can rest assured you are safe.
If you had a bucket of mud (representing negative emotions and behaviors), but you wanted a bucket of clean fresh water (representing positive emotions and behaviors), you could put the bucket of mud under a tap and run fresh clean water (representing subliminal affirmations) into the bucket. But it would take a long time, and you would still have a bucket of muddy water. That is an analogy of how most subliminal affirmation downloads currently available on the Internet work, or perhaps do not work. Peter Zapfella uses his one-on-one therapies to ‘throw out’ or delete the mud (representing negative emotions and behaviors) and then you can choose to use the ‘Welcome’ Subliminal Affirmations to quickly and efficiently refill the bucket with fresh clean water (representing positive emotions and behaviors). No mud!
Everyone of us is unique. We have all had different life experiences and we react to them differently too. Most emotional and behavioural challenges can respond well to one-on-one psychotherapy tailored to the individual, using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnotherapy and perhaps cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). That is why Peter Zapfella suggests you start with one-on-one therapy using Skype and then use the ‘Welcome’ subliminal affirmations to ‘lock-in’ the unconscious shifts long-term.
These subliminal messages are simply ‘obscured’ from the conscious mind within masking music and environmental sounds to prevent conscious analytical thinking, which may ‘filter out’ messages.
If you listen to this MP3 while sleeping, on ‘repeat’ your unconscious mind will hear this message up to 500 times every night. The more these messages are repeated, the more they are uncritically accepted by the unconscious. A simple message, repeated enough, will eventually become a new unconscious belief.
Subliminal Affirmation Text:
“You release past worry and stress now. You release all the past thoughts and feelings that caused the premature ejaculation problem in the past.
You are calm and peaceful now. You are in control of your life now. You are happier now.
You practice your ‘kegel’ (Keg-gul) PC exercises every day because they work miracles for you.
Every day in every way you are stronger and stronger. You have better and better control of your ejaculations.
You are now more clear in the mind, more relaxed in the body, you are more confident and coping better and better with everything and everybody, because you know you are free of premature ejaculation problems forever and ever.”
