Welcome No Anger
“Anger is a sign that one does not understand, and cannot communicate one’s own feelings.”
– Peter Zapfella.
There are so many books, articles, workshops, ‘how to’ courses and counselling about ‘anger management’. Following ‘anger management’ you know it is still there, like a monster in the closet, trying to get out. Sooner or later it will get out and attack you, so ‘management’ is just a temporary ‘avoidance’ process.
Why ‘manage’ it when it can be resolved, and even deleted?
The solution to anger problems does not lie in learning how to ‘manage’ or control the feelings. Instead, the solution is to identify the previous, automatic thought patterns and behaviours that resulted in anger, then creating new thought patterns and behaviours that result in cool, calm, centered thinking. That is where the ‘Welcome No Anger’ MP3 comes in, following one-on-one therapy with Peter Zapfella.
Anger is usually an intense emotional response often preceded by feelings of irritability and frustration. An angry person may lose his/her objectivity, empathy, prudence or thoughtfulness and may cause harm to themselves or others. Extreme levels of anger are called rage. It can be a defence mechanism to hide fear and hurt.
A person experiencing anger will also experience physical conditions, such as increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure, and increased levels of adrenaline,
Like rage, anger serves no positive purpose. Symptoms may include:
- Sweating, rapid heart beat, and rapid breathing
- Changes in appetite
- Muscle tension
- Feeling irritable
- Difficulty sleeping
- Difficulty dealing with constructive criticism
- Social withdrawal
- Poor concentration and memory
Synonyms of the word anger include; annoyed, bitter, enraged, exasperated, furious, heated, impassioned, indignant, irate, irritated, offended, outraged, resentful, sullen, uptight, antagonised, choleric, convulsed, cross, displeased, exacerbated, ferocious, fierce, fiery, fuming, galled, hateful, huffy, ill-tempered, incensed, inflamed, infuriated, nettled, provoked, raging, riled, sore, sulky, turbulent, vexed and wrathful.
“Anger and aggression are not the same thing: “
– Peter Zapfella
While anger can lead into aggression be it verbal or physical, it is not necessary to initiate it. The Welcome No Anger MP3 should be used in conjunction with Welcome No Stress and Anxiety and Welcome Life Beyond Depression.
If you had a bucket of mud (representing negative emotions and behaviors, such as anger), but you wanted a bucket of clean fresh water (representing positive emotions and behaviors), you could put the bucket of mud under a tap and run fresh clean water (representing subliminal affirmations) into the bucket. But it would take a long time, and you would still have a bucket of muddy water. That is an analogy of how most subliminal affirmation downloads currently available on the Internet work, or perhaps do not work. Peter Zapfella uses his one-on-one therapies to ‘throw out’ or delete the mud (representing negative emotions and behaviors) and then you can choose to use the ‘Welcome’ Subliminal Affirmations to quickly and efficiently refill the bucket with fresh clean water (representing positive emotions and behaviors). No mud! No anger!
Everyone of us is unique. We have all had different life experiences and we react to them differently too. Most emotional and behavioural challenges can respond well to one-on-one psychotherapy tailored to the individual, using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), hypnotherapy and perhaps cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
That is why Peter Zapfella suggests you start with one-on-one therapy using Skype and then use the Welcome No Anger subliminal affirmations to ‘lock-in’ the unconscious shifts long-term. Of course you can ‘flip-it’ and try one of the 266 ‘Welcome’ MP3’s first, and see if they are effective for you without therapy. If so, that’s great. If not you can use skypetherapy.pro
Now you can listen to these subliminals when ready to sleep and let these gentle and encouraging words guide your unconscious mind into the realms of dreams. If you listen to this MP3 while sleeping, on ‘repeat’ or ‘loop’ your unconscious mind will hear this message around 450 times every night. Alternatively, you can listen in the background during the day at work or leisure, as no hypnotic trance is required.
The Welcome No Anger subliminal messages are simply ‘obscured’ from the conscious mind within masking music or environmental sounds to prevent conscious analytical thinking. The more the Welcome No Anger messages are repeated, the more they are uncritically accepted by the unconscious, which maintains emotions, beliefs and habits of behaviour. A simple message, repeated enough, will become a new unconscious belief. The Welcome No Anger message repeated following therapy with Peter Zapfella can achieve miraculous results.
Subliminal Affirmation Text:
“You feel relaxed and calm now, because that old irritability, frustration and anger from long ago has gone forever. It is just a distant memory disappearing into the past. It was a childish way to behave because it achieved nothing. It only made you feel worse. Now you are more grown-up and matured. You are resourceful. You have life experience and wisdom to draw upon. You can communicate so much better now. You have choices. You are now more clear in the mind, more relaxed in the body. You can accept everything and everybody because you are more confident, and you have greater self-control. The way that you feel is becoming better and better because the burdens have been lifted for ever and ever now that you welcome a life with no irritability, frustration or anger.”
