Anger is usually an intense emotional response often preceded by feelings of irritability and frustration.

An angry person may lose his/her objectivity, empathy, prudence, or thoughtfulness and may in some cases cause harm to themselves or others.

Extreme levels of anger are called rage. It can be a defence mechanism to hide fear and hurt.

A person experiencing anger or rage will also experience physical conditions, such as increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure, and increased levels of adrenaline.

Meet The Team Here

“I’ve definitely noticed some real changes in just one week. I’m so grateful. (I have) told a few of my friends.” Tania Byrnes. Australian Business Breakthroughs.

I am still getting SO much out of the first recording I haven’t started the others. Mostly the improvement is in my happiness, and motivation to care for my life. I have more energy, and am interested to improve things around me whereas I was feeling defeated, that life was basically over, and very apathetic and tired both mentally and physically. Best wishes,” Beth Mc Lelland. Western Australia.

“Thank you so much for the audio. What a wonderful way to relax. It’s almost like being in a dream and you are so wonderfully relaxed afterward. I have listened to it every day.” Kind regards, Nikki Anderson. USA.

Description

“Anger is often a sign that one does not understand, and cannot communicate one’s own feelings. However, it can be a symptom of something deeper.”

Peter Zapfella min

There are so many books, articles, workshops, ‘how to’ courses and counseling about ‘anger management’…. are they effective in the real world?  Most revolve around ‘relaxation techniques’, or ‘converting’ anger into some constructive pursuits, such as sport.

Some use techniques you are supposed to remember in the moment of anger and somehow redirect. Attempts to consciously ‘inhibit’ or ‘suppress’ anger are certain to fail in the real world.

Most often following ‘anger management’ training the anger is still there, like a monster locked in the closet, trying to get out. It has only been repressed to brood. ‘Anger management’ is a conscious ‘avoidance’ process. Sooner or later consciousness will be caught letting it’s guard down. Sooner or later the monster breaks out and attacks with new vengeance.

‘Anger management’ books, articles, workshops, ‘how to’ courses and counseling are all logical, analytical conscious processes. Yet anger and rage are emotional. They emerge from a completely different area of the brain.

The-Human-Brain min, Welcome No Anger,
The Human Brain

Having said that, let us be clear … the brain does not store anger. Instead it creates it – in the moment, based upon environmental inputs such as certain people and situations, sounds, smells, drugs and other influences.

The Cycle of Anger
The Cycle of Anger

When we look at The Cycle of Anger it is obvious the better place to extinguish it is before it starts. Preferably at the ‘trigger/s’ step even before you start to have those ‘negative thoughts’. While most techniques try to ‘control anger’ by consciously extinguishing at the ‘trigger’ or ‘negative thought’ steps, it is easier to delete them altogether at the deep unconscious mind level – no effort at all.

With Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) anger and rage can be resolved, and even deleted at its source, in the unconscious mind.

The solution is to identify the previous, automatic unconscious thought patterns and behaviors that resulted in the creation of anger and rage, then delete them.

Next, create new unconscious thought patterns and behaviors that result in cool, calm, centered thinking. The whole process takes place within the unconscious, where the problem emotions arose. The process is not conscious. Just as anger is not conscious. That is where the Welcome No Anger MP3 comes in, following optional one-on-one therapy with Peter Zapfella.

Developmental psychologist and Associate Professor Wayne Warburton from Macquarie University studied 1000 Middle School children (aged 12 to 15) and found 3 per cent suffered internet gaming disorder. They displayed anger, and aggressive behavior. They spent long hours alone in their bedrooms, missed school, lied about how much time they spent online and failed in school and other activities. They were more irritable and could become violent if forced to separate from the internet.

He said there were links between these problems and low self esteem, impulse control, and feeling a lack of control in their lives. They felt the  internet and gaming gave them those things.

Anger is usually an intense emotional response often preceded by feelings of irritability and frustration. An angry person may lose his/her objectivity, empathy and prudence, or thoughtfulness and may cause harm to themselves or others. It may be triggered by real, felt, or imagined grievances, such as a defense mechanism to hide fear and hurt.

Occasional anger is a normal emotional response. However, when it becomes uncontrollable and turns destructive, it can cause problems at work, at home, in personal relationships, and overall quality of life.

A person experiencing anger will also experience physical conditions, such as increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure, and increased levels of adrenaline,

Like rage, anger serves no positive purpose. Symptoms may include:

  • Anxiety
  • Sweating, rapid heart beat, and rapid breathing
  • Headaches
  • Changes in appetite
  • Muscle tension
  • Restlessness
  • Feeling irritable
  • Difficulty sleeping
  • Difficulty dealing with constructive criticism
  • Social withdrawal
  • Confusion
  • Poor concentration and memory

Synonyms of the word anger include; annoyed and bitter and enraged and  exasperated or furious and heated. Also impassioned and indignant or irate and irritated or offended or  outraged and resentful. Perhaps sullen and uptight and antagonized or choleric and convulsed or cross. Also displeased and exacerbated or ferocious and fierce and fiery even fuming. Galled and hateful or huffy and ill-tempered and incensed or inflamed and infuriated or  nettled and provoked as in  raging and riled or sore and sulky perhaps turbulent and vexed and wrathful.

Extreme levels of anger are called rage or fury. Intermittent explosive disorder (IED) is characterized by frenzied explosive outbursts of hostility, impulsivity, anger, and violence, which may be dangerous.  IED is a sudden, often unprovoked emotional ‘explosion’. We are told about one in every twelve teenagers suffer from IED.

Common risk factors:

  • adolescent male
  • past head and brain trauma
  • childhood physical abuse and trauma
  • alcohol or drug abuse
  • depression feeling hopeless, self-hate
  • anxiety
  • low self-esteem

Associated disorders may include;

  • Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD)
  • Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • Tourette’s
  • Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD)

The most common signs and symptoms of IED may include:

Behavioral symptoms:

  • intentionally causing property damage
  • verbal and physical aggression
  • road rage
  • fighting
  • aggressive outbursts
  • self-harm
  • suicidal tendencies

Physical symptoms:

  • feeling building tension in the head or chest just before an outburst
  • fatigue following an episode.
  • tingling feelings
  • tremors
  • hearing echo’s
  • chest palpitations

Cognitive symptoms:

  • racing thoughts
  • inability to focus and concentrate
  • poor performance at school or work

Psychosocial symptoms:

  • frequent irritability and frustration
  • noticeable mood changes just before an episode
  • frequent anger outbursts building into an uncontrollable rage
  • feeling ‘out of body’ during an episode
  • depression
  • guilt and shame.

If left untreated IED can result in any of the following;

  • academic failure
  • suspension from school because of anti-social behavior
  • dropping out of school
  • socially mixing with other ‘no-hopers’
  • dropping out of former social groups and sports
  • frequent physical injuries
  • incarceration – jail
  • substance abuse and addiction
  • alcohol abuse
  • domestic violence
  • child abuse
  • self-harm
  • suicidal ideations
  • premature death as a result of accident, violence or drug overdose

Research published in the European Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing found that heart attack patients who are prone to hostility toward others could be putting their heart at risk.

Researchers at the University of Tennessee have found that hostility, resentment and impatience and sarcasm and cynicism, and irritability leading to anger alter the levels of harmful and beneficial hormones in the brain and body.  The researchers have been able to predict the likelihood of a person dying from a heart attack based upon their negative moods.

The research included 2,321 heart attack survivors and used hostility as the baseline for the Multiple Adjective Affect Checklist (MAACL) in order to find any possible link between your personality and heart health. The average age of participants was 67 years old, with 68% of these being male. 57% of these participants scored as “hostile” according to the MAACL.

After following participants health outcomes for 24 months, researchers found that hostility was an independent predictor of dying from a second heart attack, after taking factors like sex and age and education and high blood pressure and smoking, and marital status into consideration.

Study author Doctor Tracey Vitori said, “Hostile individuals have increased clotting times, higher adrenaline levels, above normal cholesterol and triglyceride levels and increased cardiac reactivity.”

“These known inflammatory factors may initiate cardiac events and increase poor clinical outcomes. You know that taking control of lifestyle habits improves the outlook for heart attack patients and our study suggests that improving hostile behaviors could also be a positive move. From a physical side — smoking cessation, increase physical activity, and eat a balanced diet.”

Previous studies have shown that an optimistic outlook on life reduces stress hormones, pulse rate, and blood pressure thereby aiding cardiac health.

Sufferers need professional intervention as early as possible, which may include medication.

Perhaps this is the single most important opportunity in your life up until this moment. Do yourself a favor, and download the Welcome No Anger MP3 now. Then listen, and listen again. You will feel the force rising from within, with a strong sense of purpose to succeed.

The more the Welcome No Anger messages are repeated, the more they can be uncritically accepted by your unconscious as a new truth. A simple message, repeated enough, will eventually become a new unconscious belief.  As you live that modified belief your outward behaviors will reflect that inner change. The Welcome No Anger MP3 will help you become that man – the man of their dreams.

If you listen to the Welcome No Anger MP3 while sleeping, on ‘repeat’ your unconscious mind will hear this message almost 400 times every night. If you were to listen to the ‘Environmental – Lake waves’ MP3 while sleeping, you could choose to also listen to the ‘Pleasant piano and guitar melody’ and/or the  ‘Zumba’ – Latin style dance music during the day. Then your deep unconscious would hear the affirmations repeated around 800 – 1200 times, while your logical conscious mind would hear it around 60 – 90 times. That’s powerful because a message repeated enough will become a new unconscious belief.

The Welcome No Anger subliminal affirmations are clearly spoken once before they fade-down and ‘disappear’ from conscious awareness within masking music and environmental sounds, thereby foiling ‘adult’ conscious analytical thinking, which could otherwise ‘filter out’ messages. In this way, the listener knows for sure what their deep unconscious mind is hearing without listening to these messages its

Also because we all have different listening preferences, Welcome No Anger has a choice of foreground variants for you to choose from. ‘Click here’ to hear samples.

Every one of us is unique. We have all had different life experiences and we react to them differently too.

Subliminal Affirmation Text: Welcome No Anger

‘You feel relaxed and calm now, because that old irritability, frustration, and anger from long ago has gone forever. It is just a distant memory disappearing into the past. It was a childish way to behave because it achieved nothing. It only made you feel worse. Now you are more grown-up and matured. You are resourceful. You have life experience and wisdom to draw upon. You can communicate so much better now. You have choices. You are now more clear in the mind, more relaxed in the body. You can accept everything and everybody because you are more confident, and you have greater self-control. The way that you feel is becoming better and better because the burdens have been lifted forever and ever now that you welcome a life with no irritability, frustration, or anger.”
