Description
Meditation: Deep Sleep in Theta Isochronic Gentle Lake Waves
Isochronic tones promote deep sleep. While they have similar effects on the brain to Theta binaural waves, however they do not require headphones to be effective.
Isochronic tones are a technological advancement beyond binaural waves. They produce a more distinct tone, which results in a stronger ‘cortical evoked response’ in the brain, making the stimulation more effective.
Peter Zapfella recorded these environmental sounds near his home at Mandurah, south of Perth in Western Australia. For the first years of his life Peter’s parents and he lived in a pioneer’s stone cottage (No electricity, No running water. No telephone. No neighbors for miles. Just a wood fired stove.) Only 10 meters from the water’s edge the cottage (it is still there although it is no longer used as a home) still on the farm owned by family to this day.
There are no subliminal messages …. just the Deep Sleep-inducing Theta Isochronic tones together with environmental gentle lake waves.
These relaxing environmental sounds are an excellent escape from the stresses of modern urban living.
Just hearing these relaxing sounds of nature will induce relaxation. Just play your Deep Sleep in Theta Isochronic Gentle Lake Waves MP3 and close your eyes anytime to drift off into a deep sleep in the safety and comfort of your own home.
