Welcome Life Beyond ‘Yo-Yo’ Diets

‘Yo-yo diets’, or ‘weight cycling’ studies by the University of Exeter and Bristol indicate that they not only do not work, but they may also cause high blood pressure, high cholesterol and gallbladder disease.
