You can welcome self-acceptance into your life now.
It can be defined as:
- an honest recognition of your own strengths and weaknesses,
- a pragmatic self-appraisal of your own talents, capabilities, and,
- overall self-satisfaction and approval, despite past mistakes.
To achieve this one must quit constantly comparing one’s self with others. Then quit those thoughts of self-criticism, which were a waste of time anyway. Then admit to themselves they are not perfect, so they can get on with life.
Self-acceptance is the foundation of emotional maturity and good mental health. It is the cornerstone of happiness and satisfaction with one’s self. It is the realistic recognition and acceptance of one’s own strengths and weaknesses.
The synonyms for the word acceptance include; acknowledgment, admission, approval, compliance, consent, cooperation, recognition, assent, go-ahead, nod, okay, permission, receipt, recognition, yes, accepting, gaining, green light, obtaining, receiving, and taking-on.
According to Sherlyn Jimenez, Barbara Niles, and Crystal Park in Personality and Individual Differences, “Some psychological benefits of self-acceptance include mood regulation, a decrease in depressive symptoms, and an increase in positive emotions.”
“Other psychological benefits include:
- a heightened sense of freedom,
- a decrease in fear of failure,
- an increase in self-worth,
- an increase in independence (autonomy),
- an increase in self-esteem,
- less desire to win approval of others,
- less self-critique and more self-kindness when mistakes occur,
- more desire to live life for one’s self (and not others), and,
- the ability to take more risks without worrying about the consequences.”
According to Susan McQuillan in her article “Radiate Self-Acceptance” in Psychology Today Magazine.
This MP3 should be used in conjunction with Welcome No Stress and Anxiety and Welcome Life Beyond Depression, following relevant therapy to deal with each of these issues listed above, as relevant for the individual.
Recent developments in research, specifically functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) scans, prove that audio subliminal stimuli masked by other stimuli (such as background/foreground sounds) activated specific regions of the brain without the subject being consciously aware of that change.
If you had a bucket of mud (representing negative emotions and behaviors), but you wanted a bucket of clean fresh water (representing positive emotions and behaviors), you could put the bucket of mud under a tap and run fresh clean water (representing subliminal affirmations) into the bucket. But it would take a long time, and you would still have a bucket of muddy water. That is an analogy of how most subliminal affirmation downloads currently available on the Internet work, or perhaps do not work. Peter Zapfella uses his one-on-one therapies to ‘throw out’ or delete the mud (representing negative emotions and behaviors) and then you can choose to use the ‘Welcome’ Subliminal Affirmations to quickly and efficiently refill the bucket with fresh clean water (representing positive emotions and behaviors). No mud!
There is one simple thing you can do now so you can focus your own energy with dynamic action to create maximum efficiency in the future. Download and listen to the Welcome Self-Acceptance MP3 now. Because we all have different listening preferences, Welcome Self-Acceptance has a choice of foreground variants for you to choose from.

‘WELCOME’ SUBLIMINAL AFFIRMATIONS
ARE YOUR BEST CHOICE
“Self-acceptance is satisfaction and happiness within one’s self, while aware of all one’s own strengths and weaknesses. It is one’s own unconditional self-worth.
Your calm self-respect radiates understanding, compassion and kindness for yourself and others. You recognise your past successes and accomplishments. You accept past errors and mistakes as valuable learning experiences.
You are happy to be you, as you are now. You are totally comfortable within yourself, as you express happiness and love.
Every day and in every way you experience more and more self-acceptance.
You are now more clear in the mind, more relaxed in the body, you are coping better with everything and everybody… more confident… greater self-control… the way you feel is becoming better and better… because the burden has been lifted forever and ever now that you have greater self-acceptance.”
